In October of 2006 I had the opportunity to go on a backpacking trip with my youngest brother's Boy Scout Troop (and
incidentally the troop that used to be mine) to the Indian Peaks Wildnerness Area outside the Tahosa High Adventure
Base near Ward, CO. We spent our first night within the Boy Scout Camp bounds, but in the morning left and headed West
to find a good spot for the remainder of the weekend. The weather was cold and we dealt with high winds and snow, but
luckily the camp guardian, a Great Pyranees (dog) name Samson, joined our party and made sure we got to where we were
going and back with minimal difficulty. There are some really great pictures in this set and I'm glad I was able to
take a trip with my brother that I could capture on film.
