Welcome to the Wildman's Den.
I don't really live here but this is where I share my escapades with the rest of the world. With me there's a story behind everything, and as most people will tell you they tend to be pretty long stories. Here you will find tales of danger and excitement, pictures, movies, music, fiction (different from the tales of danger and excitement),
code snippets, and links to other places that I think are pretty cool.
Me? I'm just a normal guy who enjoys doing and seeing things that push my limits. To me there is nothing better than sitting on top of a snow capped mountain and being able to see everything for miles around, including the next peak to climb.
This all started about five years ago when I started my freshman year at college. I met my good friend Duncan when we drove to Colorado Springs to enjoy a rafting trip through the Royal Gorge with Army ROTC. Since then Duncan and I have seen and done a lot of crazy things. Duncan was the first one to call me the Wildman. I kinda like it, so I let it stick.
So look around and take notes if you want. I'll try to give as much detail as possible in case any kindred spirits have wandered into my den. When I can I will provide maps, coordinates, and directions for adventures. And for the rest of you make sure you check out my media and code and links. If you're not quite of the same adventuring spirit as I am there are plenty of other things I'm interested in. You'll just have to look to find out.
Happy trails and be safe.
